The range of homes includes large two and three bedroom villas, large one, two and three
bedroom apartments, with a range of configurations and one bedroom and studio
serviced/unserviced apartments for those who may need assistance with some day to day
living needs. There are also two bedroom terraced units with garaging available.
The serviced apartment wing is attached to the main community
centre building.
Forty serviced apartments were completed in December 2004.
Six studio and thirty four one bedroom apartments feature in this
apartment block each containing spacious lounge, dining area,
kitchen with two burner hob and small oven, bathroom and laundry
area with storage.
Residents in these apartments may have meals delivered or eat in
the restaurant and can receive a range of services
(see Assisted Living Programme).
Maygrove has thirty five two and three bedroom villas.
A number of these are three bedroom designs all with two
bathrooms. They are single level with internal garage access.
These range from 100 square metres to just over 200 square
metres. However most are between 125 – 130 square metres.
Floor Plans vary as a number of villas include sun rooms.
Terraced Units are situated on both sides of the village and encompass rural views.
A block of six Terraced Units consists of four two bedroom units on the upper level and two two
bedroom units on the lower level with a shared garage and large lockable storage area within
the garage. Units on the upper level are accessed by either stairs or lift.
